OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Honolulu, HI.
